The challenge for any artist and designer is to
constantly evolve and create something new and fresh. I try to do this with every new project, and the fast pace of changing fashions and colour palettes means I am never short of inspiration.
Following my degree in Fine Art, I have worked in the creative industry for over 20 years. I design and create surface pattern artwork for the UK and international market for use on fabrics and soft furnishings, Wall art, greetings cards and stationery and many more products. I have a proven track record for answering a set brief commissioned by clients to bring fresh and commercially aware designs to the market that are successful and have longevity.
The combination of my design knowledge and fine art background has resulted in several wall art collections sold in major muti-chain outlets here in the UK and around the world.
Clients include: John Lewis, Next, National Trust, RSPB, Dunelm, Lakeland, Michael Miller Fabrics, Ralph Lauren US, and many more.
I work from my studio at home in the north west of England where I live with my husband and two children. I love to walk in the countryside, especially in the neighbouring Lake District which is a constant source of inspiration both in my life and in my work.
I hope you enjoy looking around my site and if you have any comments or would like to commission work then please get in touch, thank you.
